The Monkey Pee recipe was loosely based on SMaSH Monkey (a.k.a., Beer and Brewing magazine’s SMaSH Citra IPA recipe). Modifications include swapping out 13 pounds of Maris Otter for premium two-row, adding Chinook first wort hopping (FWH) for bittering, and dry hopping in the keg with Mosaic + Citra Cryo hops to (hopefully) add a nice hop aroma punch.
