Our goal was to create an Irish Red that came out somewhere around 7% ABV and has good IPA bitterness. This beer was the combination of a couple of recipes found online, what Home Fermenter had in stock, Stefani's cooking intuition, and a love of the Conquest of the Planet of the Apes movie.
