Our goal was to make a beer similar to High Street brewer Hanns Anderson’s Grandma Betty's Double Quilted IPA. To achieve this, we started with the beer’s listed ingredients. Our grain bill was built in similar proportions to that found in other IPA recipes that use the same grains.
The real (not clone) Grandma Betty beer is brewed by the awesome Hanns Anderson from High Street McMenamins. If you are near Eugene Oregon, you need to go down there and buy some beer today!
